  The employees here (including the manager) tend to speak to their customers as if they're beneath them. I went here earlier today for an iced coffee and got yelled at and and ordered about in a way that made me feel like the biggest idiot in the world. Like how a teacher speaks to a student in detention. I ended up not even getting a coffee because of how stressed out and anxious she made me feel.
